we're back from outterspace
what have we been doing?? Well the front suspesnion got in on time even if it were to be quite late and the missus was quite scared!!
So here are the pic
Also started to pay some attention in replaced the damping materials, as I got bored from the mechanical parts
Major part is that I got me wheels back nicely redone
And before one of you starts "nagging" about "there no stickers", well give me some time they are being done, and YES there are some dots on the wheels, hope to hell the stickers will catch a lot of them=
Oh look at the nicely cleaned/steamed of engine will be foccusing on that one soon, the head has been redone, and anyone of you guys heard of Rogersports???, that's the head that will be fitted, and yes it's gots a cam in it(guess, if my mind clears me right a Kent, but the calmer one) all together with a vernier pulley too.
ciao guys....dolls too

Lucky we had another old escort to check it, just had to dissmantle half the dash.
nice innit??
is that a carpet, yesh it ish, all cleaned, can you believe it it was outta the car for over a whole f**ng year
next is the engine, blasting, cleaning, changing and painting, guess it'll be 2 weeks of work here. Do remember I can only work on it for 2 hours a day

been a while
been busy, doing work on the engine, etc...
sandblasted the engine, looks pretty nice,
lotsa work afterwards with the sump, lotsa rust, but all gone now
and here's the result
even if I say so meself
will add some matt red, when available in our local shop, I am using VHT paint. Wanted to keep it just in silver, but the mates urged me to reconsider redoing it in matt red. So silver can be seen as base coat, as it strated rusting again.
Hmm, next might be fitting me interior, oh yes this is what the postman brought me??? GAUGES

thx m8y, aye as long as the wallet's allowing it, and of course if the missus allows it too , and of course with the approval of you guys
Am thinking of comming over to the big ford event next year?
But anywayz, thx for the comments, you know what will be the biggest reward, knowing I did almost everything myself, except for the brakes, loom and dash, which Fred, best buddy ever did, but I held the screws

not much done actually, just made a one off, boost gauge holder, for a Left Hand Driver.
I am a bit proud of the result, have scheduled to take a day of next week, so can finally; a) fitt all the brake lines; b) fit and clean the interior c)?? dunno yet
As you can see Itilted the gauge towards the driver, which IMO is a bit better so boost can be read within in a blink of an eye
will be updating next week, wednesday evening
cheers and thx for all comments thus far
