Fiesta zetec s tdci need help with tuning
Hey guys i've currently got a 2010 zs 1.6 tdci and its a great little car, ive got it mapped at the minute but isnt quite satifying me so ive thought of an idea 
I'm completely new to tuning so im in need of a bit of help...
I've done some research on the common modification people have done and i need some advice with the engine itself. Initially i was aiming for around 200bhp including an Airtec interooler, 110 injectors off the focus, the gt2052 turbo and a cat-back magna flow exhaust system. But i have a few questions regarding this system.
What bhp can this engine handle without forging any internals? Is 200bhp too high?
Would i benefit more from a lower rated turbo?
Is the gt2052 an easy install? Would a gt2052v be better?
What cluch would you recommend? or will my standard one be good enough?
I think thats all ill need, oh and a remap obviously. If i've missed any vital parts please speak up
