And as mentioned above, you need a different alternator.

 

I've got time to find one. So hopefully I'll come across one soon.

 

I finally got round to fitting my heater bow and pipes. But when I went to connect the pipes I couldn't connect them because something was missing. But because I did it with the dash on I couldn't see. So went scrapyard and found these. Which is obviously what was missing.



I also bought this sound proofing because mine hasn't got it.



So today I took my dashboard out.



Fitted the 2 parts that connect the heater pipes.




Then because all the old tape was coming off the wires I took it all off and put new tape over them.








Then I fitted the sound proofing.







I'm just waiting for the speaker joystick to get delivered. But I can't find any wires for it. So has anyone got a link to a wiring diagram for it? As I can't find anything on the internet.

Got these today, i ordered them off eBay and got them for £30 and £7 delivery. There corellos.




I've read in a few places that these are the original spot lights for a Xr2. Might be wrong though.
