it was during a mag feature for performance ford

there hayabusa throttle bodies 42mm, you need to use a bellhousing from a se engined car as the ka box will not bolt to the zetec se engine, using the ka box allows you to keep the stock front and rear mount

Decided not to be so soft and get the job done myself. I've managed to get an rst box with an lsd off ebay and a hydraulic gear puller. The casing is now off the spare ka box. Gonna wait to get my lsd before i open up the puma box.

Me either Rick! I've been enjoying doing the work so far though! Just finished knocking the bushes out of the back beam so I'll get it over to the powder coaters some time soon. Gonna stick some poly bushes in it so with the new suspension it should handle sweet!

Finally managed to get the gearbox finished!!!

Thought I had it done the first time but it turned out the diff was locked solid. Needed the top casing grinding down to clear it :/

Thought it was done the second time but I had messed something up and it didn't sound right and wouldn't go through the gears properly :/

Turned out to be a good thing though. I have decided to go with the gears that originally came in the box that was with the puma engine. Turns out they're fiesta 1.6 ratios with a 4.25 final drive so should be spot on!
