Its slowly getting there, the weather isnt helping my enthusiasm to work on it lol

I have a full ST170 i am using for all the bits a need for my gearbox conversion and going to sell the rest and get some money back. Probably going to get some forge pistons and rods too for it or just wait till a complete engine comes up for sale.

I need to get some driveshafts for the 6 speed conversion so that is my next thing on the list, i either need measurements to get some made or get some from "sitech"

I have spend a few quid over the last month gathering bits ready for when i get the car back painted.

Got new brakes, lights, bearing ect ect

Its something different that`s for sure, i like the wheels gives it a old school touring car look.
I will be happy when i get it back all painted and its finally rolling around again, i have lots of parts to put onto the car but its all in boxes waiting.

I did plan on using a S1 kit but i think its look great standard. Will have to see when it gets painted maybe i will stay with the S2 kit.

Yeh would love too! Never been out in a ZT rs turbo would be nice to see what they are like.

I feel like i am getting closer with my car now, should be painted by the end of next week i hope will give me a big boost to see it i colour.

A little progress on the car got it all flatted and the shell painted and also got my tyres fitted too maybe even have it rolling by the weekend :O
Just need ALOAD of new nuts and bolts or maybe get a zink kit.

Yeh im getting new pistons and rods and going to get some valve springs from DevilDevelopments that should do for now.
A friend of mine was building a engine for his nova and when through 3 cranks before he found a good one to use i dont want any of that head ache and tbh the price of the engines are not that bad you couldnt overhaul one for the same cost.
