Default MK4 Opening rear quarter window problem

Hi guys,

I'm attempting to fit some green tint opening rear quarter windows to my mk4 ERST and I've hit a problem!
I've seen from many threads on here that all the holes should be in the body already, which majority were. I've come to connect up the handles/closers but there doesn't seem to be holes in the right place?

Can someone just confirm how these screw in please? There is x2 holes in the body but they are quite high up the c pillar and aren't threaded and x1 slightly below but with a very small thread. Any ideas??

I have a picture to send, but any help would be great. Excuse me in advance if I'm being a doughnut and missing something obvious :-S

Cheers
