Escort Van55D 1999
Hi Guys,
I'm new to the group and hope to get a bit of advice from people that may have done what I'm planning on doing. I've got a standard non-turbo van and want to give it a bit off tidy up and get the rusty bits all smoothed out lol. Firstly I want to a colour coded bumper on to the front this is being sorted as we speak and secondly (HELP NEEDED) I want to put a on a bumper from the ford escort estate, is there any special adaptations needed or do I just take the brackets off the doner estate car and fit them on the van.
I'm going to fit twin fuel tanks to carry more fuel as I do a bit of recycling with the cooking oil and it will save time fueling up as much, at the moment I'm working on getting the fishshop smell out of the fuel and giving it a citrus fragrance so the people behind me don't feel to sick when smelling my tailpipe lol
I would like to fit in rear seats again another job I've never done so any advice about parts and brackets to do this would be very welcome.
cheers for now
ALAN
