check the waste gate actuator for preload and check the operation of the wastegate penny and arm and that the penny is seating
you also require some sort of boost control valve
ex cam sounds std to me

Went see Tony at Turbo Systems yesterday, he found that my inlet manifold was leaking air, exhaust cam timing out by 8 degrees, inlet cam out by over 1 tooth and a map from a 1910 Model T ford.
I arrived at around 10:00 in the morning with a car that was shit and after have the issues corrected and live mapped i left at 10:30 at night with a car that put a smile on my face!!
I can't recommend his services enough, Tony is a real nice guy (old n grumpy ) and proper knows his stuff.
The car is now peaking at 2.1-2.2 bar and holding 2 and goes like a rocket ship. The low end power is also a lot better and not like a 1.1 fiesta popular plus any more Cheers Tony.

as we approached the round about I could see him pumping his passenger brake pedal as I shifted up a gear

The car is far from complete, I have just put the interior in really. I wanted to get the car on the road this summer to see what I liked and what I didn't so I know what needs to br change when I strip the underside and under the bonnet in the winter

I will try n take some photos later if this f&Łk&!g rain stops

Didn't think I was going to be boosting over 30psi when I bought it.
Better than the big ass boost gauge that was in it though.
