Good to see you still working on the project
I might steal the idea of those limit stops for my son's 3 door as the tyres have worn holes though the steel over the years!

About 10 years ago I found a set of Recaro seats from a bug eye Scorpio. The plan back them was to fit these in the Sierra, but when I parked it (well actually the previous shell) up in 2015 I never got to that point. So last year I finally took the seats from the attic to give it a go.

The Scorpio seats are half leather half cloth in quite a dark colour, while the interior of the Sierra is grey cloth. Maybe less luxurious, but I like the cloth a lot more than leather and the lighter colour means it gets less hot in the sun.

An additional reason to do something with the seats was the fact that the driver's seat had a hole in the cloth on the side bolster due to wear.

In the end I had the seats done in the original cloth of the Sierra. The centre parts of the back and base are comparable to the old seats, so I simply put those over.

And finally the new seats are in the car. The picture is a bit low quality, it wasn't that easy (for me) making a decent photo in the garage in the winter...

Last year I also took the car to the Ford Family Day and to the European Ford Event. Better photographers took some pictures, so I stole those.
