Modded down pipe to accept v band . Added lambda boss and wrapped down pope but run out.
Andy getting more sent down
Down pipe back exhaust system all done just needs wrapping
And started on turbo damper
Hyd clutch mod/pipework soon

got the turbo damper all mocked up and off to sheps for it to be tig welded







finished off the wrapping on the down pipe



and drilled , tapped and fitted the centre cover on the rocker cover

Its the stainless steel turbo damper that my best friend has tig welded
As he fabricates stainless steel commercial kitchens he has a team of fabricators

well what an eventfull day
Coley and i have been trying to get the focus running all afternoon and hit a few problems along the way
but we kept swapping bits out onto coley's car to eliminate them and started looking at the engine loom we found one of the relays wired differently in the plug,the inlet cam trigger was 30 degrees out and one of the pins in the crank sensor plug had pushed inside the plug not making a connection
but we perserviered and here was the moment of truth



we had a few little issues with fuel pressures and spark plugs but got it idling and sounding great
massive thanks to coley and rex for there help today

It has been a good day Dave I still cannot beleve we were in the tat yard for 3 hours lol
Still it was good to get andys motor running today there is now light at the end of the tunnel again

Getting there now just a few sensors to get and fit. Re bleed brakes.few hoses fill with anti freeze . Quick check over and it'll be off back up to you m8
