It is quite rare thing to find in 1 piece especially with the mounting bracket

That would be great cheers, even if you can just find out the name of the stuff & I will try and source some

ok sound, i just remember reading about needing a 1" drive torque wrench years ago and wondered if it was true.

i'm assuming the mounting bolts are 12.9 grade as well.

Well tonight whilst bored I had a play at making the template and test cutting a piece to see what it cuts like ... And to say I'm impressed is a understatement it's nice stuff to work with... I'm going to see my ART teacher friend at work tomorrow and ask what's est to cut the holes in the material so there perfect here's a few pics so far....

And a test piece... It's same thickness as the OE item @ 4-5mm

Sorry for rubbish pics iPhone playing up with close up.

Matt,
you can get hole punches that are used to make gaskets pretty cheap off e bay.
Or if yo want, you can borrow mine if you want it sent?

This is what i have

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/13-Pcs-Sha...item4d0228a37c

Or dependant on the biggest hole you need ..

Wow, love this! Top work mate.
Think you need to change your thread title now though. I've never looked in until today, so went to last page and saw those gorgeous looking centre lock adapters and thought how have I missed this!!!
Can't wait now to see how your wheels turn out.
Cheers

To change the thread title Matt you need to go to your first post and edit it.

I will draw out the missing piece of the matting for you this afternoon.

.

You can change the thread title from the main projects page mate, where it saying (last page) at the end of the thread title move the cursor arrow a bit to the right and just double click and it'll highlight the thread text, change it then just press enter when done.
I found this by chance and is a lot easier than entering the 1st page of the thread every time.
