Cheers mate I've never had a set before and they really give it the old skool look! Wouldn't mind some diamond cut rs7's but I've already had 3 sets and not forking out silly prices again lol

Nice car. Good choice of wheels. I would leave the wheels looking silver. They will stand out more the boring grey.

Not much of an update but its getting near that time to mot the escort! i tested out my new machine polisher on the tired paintwork which brung it up really nice! fixed some annoying little problems and due to my brother recently moving house he hasnt had a chance to paint the bumper, bonnet and wheels! ive been assured it wont be long before the works done and il get it out on the road!

Well over the past few months ive been tinkering around with the escort and changed my mind on a couple of things! momo arrows were ditched for some rs7 spoke 16" wheels which were refurbished and painted by my brother! he also painted my recently purchased 90 spec front bumper and the bonnet is being painted tomorrow which was just purchased from mr harvcore off here he also kindly sold me a proper fuel cap which replaced the bucket of shit metal one lol. Im hopefully gonna get the car through for its mot this wkd and actually start using it! theres a few things il be changing along the way including a frst engine over winter and a proper spruce up underneath

The 16" rs7 was a perfect all rounder for me! Means i dont have to modify arches and worry about scrubbing when people are in the back! They also dont look that small so for the price i paid for them im a happy chappy cant wait to get stuck in about this over winter and get all the bits underneath powdercoated!

Always had a soft spot for a tidy 90-spec MK4 Cab and I like the look of that Big Ry... the 16s look a lot better than the arrows did.

Cheers,

are you sure its a tennis?
should appear as 'SE cabriolet' on logbook not just 'cabriolet'
seems strange as all tennis i ever saw were f plate and its not got tennis leather as thats leather from a 2 tone (magenta over grey usually) and the seat centres are normal 90 spec
i think its an 'all white' model which were later run out cars

As far as I'm aware the front leathers are retrimmed recaros and the rears are original! It does state on the log that it's a special but i'l confirm when they turn up in the post! I'm going to source proper front seats asvi don't like the ones already fitted! They will do for now though!
