update 24/1/12

stu and dalsy been round helping the past couple of days , so got a good bit done

couple of things needed doing before i put engine in , alternator bracket needed modified so adjustment could be had

new gearbox got all the bits bolted on and fitted to engine with new crank seal

started getting side skirts fitted aswell , also 1/4 and rear windows fitted aswell after rear section of graphics went on

also it was decided that we should try and get a dash fitted , or at least part of one anyway

possibly mount AIM dash into it or maybe some extra instruments , this was an old one we were using to test fit and chop

before the good one gets it and then off to get flocked

so good bit done over past few days , thanks to the people who lent a hand , chers guys

john

really loving the new livery, sublte but yet hard as nails.

What tailgate are you running grp?

A nice carbon fibre one would look good on the back of that, together with the roof and bonnet

We are going to be working on a universal dash which mounts onto the steering column made from carbon fibre, flocked on the front face and exposing the carbon weave on the rear. It will be able to house most digi dash's, aim, stack etc.

Another option to throw in the mix.

hi raj

tailgate is fibreglass , bonnet is carbon but painted

unfortunatley your not allowed to race with carbon roof

it would all look good though i have to admit

your dash sounds good , i could be you demo car , my aim pista would look well in it

will be in touch soon anyway , need some rear 1/4 carbon panels

my mate dalsy got some door cards from you , the ones you've put the picture up of , they look quality

Glad Dalsy is happy with our work, he is true gent and a pleasure to deal with. Could do with a chat soon mate about this dash panel, I could explain over the phone the main features of it so if you want to drop me your number I will call you when convenient.

Mine at snails pace, waiting for my crossmember so AG can progress, few bits turned up a few days ago so hopefully a few more jobs can be done, sorted my wheels - dash display - rear brakes and elec fire kit.

Just want it in paint and back to Reyland.

Keep up the good work, if im down at KH i will introduce myself.

update 19/02/2012

most of graphics are now done , so car loaded up this morning and off for sump and exhaust to be done , should be coming back Friday night or Saturday morn , then put front end together and get it running by Sunday night because Monday night its off to Performance H Q for full geometry set up , gear shift final adjustments and ECU reprogrammed for flat shift gear changes .
then race map to be tweaked and re-installed so i have two switchable maps , low setting @ 1.8 bar with road fuel and @ 2.3 bar with race fuel

here's how it looked this morning

so ,,, HOPEFULLY ! be ready for crail
