Engine Problems- RS mk 4
Hi,
I need some help!
I am currently restoring my mk phase 2 escort rs. It has had a complete engine re-build, new pistons the lot.
I think there is a problem with the fuel, it seems to go through the metering unit fine and through the cold start but there is no fuel reaching the spark plugs.
Any ideas?

It seems to have alot of pressure, I have tried disconnecting the cold start, checked fuel from metering unit to the cold start. also tried taking plugs out to see if fuel is reaching them but nothing

It Wasnt Me!
injectrors not opening due to low fuel pressure? maybe....needs 5.5-6bar pressure.
pull an injector out, get someone to crank it over and see if there is fuel coming out.
