hi all just small post but im over the moon after a year my car is finaly running again mk4 escort cab powered by rs2000. Just needs general tidy up coloured hoses etc.

Sure it would look alot better after a good clean up in the bay with abit of Gunk.

 

Nice one.Have you mounted the engine lower so that the bonnet doesnt catch on the engine.

Give it a good clean up and it will look like a different car.

 

ive got bonnet lifters on which gives it the clearance.its tucked up now which will give me time to tidy it up ready for shows. Should finaly make it to them now as is missed this years

 

Is that an asbestos awareness sticker in the first picture on the front grill? thats a bit worrying....

 

Nice car could do with a clean lol whats the rest of the car like i.e roof and interior

its in break pads and a few other bits

 

the rest of the car is mint its the all white tennis model. the interior good aswell half cream lether recaros.I should of had engine bay done at same time but never mind.. ive got coloured hoses and chrome bits to go on should look alot better.

 

bein out workin on her all day still quite a bit to do but shes gettin there

 

looking loads better mate but personally would of kept it white and gone for a standard look

 

How hard is it to put an i4 in a mk3/4
My mate has a scrap rs2000 with all running gear
was thing Of putting it in my cab

 

my mate put it in he had it a while.. so tbh im not sure i know you can get the mounts now off the internet then basically its like puttin another engine in just mine was out of a write off so had to order more parts which is why it took a while. But its well worth it the never left my face on way home
