Hi I'm new to all this cosworth stuff need some help on rebuild as I haven't done one before ! Here's the spec

3 bar map
Rs500 intercooler
Polished crank and con rods
Standard pistons with pockets ( not sure what size valve cut outs I need )
Bd16 inlet
Bd14 outlet
Ported and polished , inlet 25.5mm and 24.5mm outlet
T4
Wrc head gasket
Group A oil pump
Group A coil
Group A fuel pump
Siemmans black injectors 83lbph
200 block
T5 box
Sure there is loads more that I have forgot !

Any help would be appreciated Looking to get 500bhp+
The 2wd cosworth was running on greys I need help with what chip to get and best place to get one

 

dont bother with a chip get after market managment then speak to who ever will map it about what turbo cams injectors head work and pistons you need! your not that far from m.a.developments speak to them
