Thanks to my mate dropping this off last night got this piper 285t2 fitted it today just gotta time it up on monday seen as I left the cambelt at home :-( :-( :-(

Got the cam in today before work an timed it up ,hopefully av got the engine sold the lad is cuming up at the weekend to look at it

Got the old engine out an sold last night so cracked on cleaning the bay an fitted the new engine this afternoon

Got the throttle body an cable on, took the ofab loom out a checked it over an rewraped it so looks better

Started mockin up where I wanted the intercooler an then cutting it out just need some flat bar to mount it up now

will have to cut a lil bit out but not as much as i thought i would have to nice one on the sensor!!!!!!!

seen as there wasnt much work in today i cracked on the last few hours of work tidying wireing an just aRSein with the car got the front mount fitted with out cutting the bumper so made up there just moved the rad back a bit


now the question is what to do with the front bumper to aid the airflow to the cooler?????
am leaning towards cutting holes along the center bar

seen as the bumper was blockin alot of the cooler i wasnt happy with is so set about cuttin holes in it with hole cutter 73mm an this is how it ended up ,hope to be fittin the oil cooler tomorrow all going well

few more bits turned up today two boost pipes an one hose just waitin on other silicone hoses, an with a bit of luck the lad is poppin in tomorrow to look at sortin the over box manifold

paul turned up with the manifold he fabed up its just tacked up for now to make sure it all fits where it needs to so tomorrow job is battery tray out an sor the tail part of the manifold

The pipes will be running almost to the end of the collector to where it tappers down

picked the manifold up this week, placed it on with the turbo to see where to mount the wastegate an to sort the oil re-turn out
