bought it locally as spares or repairs even though it starts drives ok and has tax an test
dodgy 1.1 brakes with a 1.6 efi cvh need fixed, no servo either
gonna finish it off and tidy up paintwork
it was a 44,000 mile shell (documented) and has had plenty welding but nothing strctural just usual floor plates and little bt in boot
paint needs fixing , desparatly but hey itll get done
anyway what do you think

 

looks ok, watch those sills tho, somone has welded skins over the top so underneith its still rotten metal

if yu wnt it to last it needs doin right

i once efi'd a mk2 xr2 was good

Looks like a nice base for a project! Is the breather hose rubbing on the cam pulley?

 

it is, its little bits like that all over the car that needs doing so its all gonna get retaped and rerouted for safest bet ,
yeah sills look funny , will do just now, not gona spend mega cash just gonna be a fast little run about,
needs daft bits like the radiator fitted properly, fuel tank sorting, brakes need improved and suspension needs a tickle, then of course the paint
i love the colour it was what sold it for me, even though paint has seen better days
