That does't fill me with excitment knowing this car is until I had it 100% unmolested & original. Lets hope the srpings are an easy thing to do next week - Yep I'm doing them next week!
Meanwhile back at the ranch;

Got the rear Recaro's from a mate last night so hoovered them off and whacked them in, now all I need are the door cards to complete the inside.

I put a Cd player with a USB slot in it a while back so I can charge me sat nav & stuff without having to put in a cig lighter. Got a matching rear set of mudflaps too which I'll put on soon, not purely for show but to serve the purpose of not having a build up of mud causing rust in time...
Decided not to replace the engine as it's too echonomical and reliable.
...that's it in the form of mods for my beloved Pop

Did you find any smoked rear lights...?
I found one, I only needed one because I reveresed into a big lapmpost smashing the light and bumper.. So I found a rear light of the smoked variety on eBay, I don't think it exists because it's been two weeks now and the seller is vague... I got some clear side repeaters and clear front indicator lenses while I was at it, and a new rear bumper which is like the front one; not gen Ford so doesn't fit proper, what a complete ASShole!
The side repeaters don't fit right either but look good. And I can't figure out how to get the front lenses off to replace them with the clears, which I think will clean it up a treat....

It looks like a good solid car. I would leave the front amber indicators in cause i think it looks well.

Was 40mm low enough to look good with the capri pots? If you've got any pictures of your car finished I'd greatly appreciate having a look. Cheers mate
