Just road/track/drag really. We are building to be a very driveable 400hp, while it'll be pretty good on the strip it won't be setting any records I don't think.

Just finished helping my mate build his 2.2 ep3. It has CP forged pistons, crower cams, t3/4 external gated turbo on sidewinder exhaust running hondata ecu which we hope will be around the 400 bhp mark at just over a bar.
We are building another 2.2 with a datan sleeved block gt series turbo cams custom inlet as it will be powering the rear wheels of a space-framed track car that weighs in at 750kg so that should be fun. He also runs a jackson racing super charged ep3 which can lap knockhill in 65secs.

Which 2.2 engine have you got? Sounds good. Although you don't need a forged engine for just 400hp IMO.

K20 with s2000 crank, the engine going into the track car will be the same bar the sleeved block, mated to rally car bellhousing with type9 dogbox. We also have a spare greddy bolt on turbo kit and a complete spare engine and gearbox that will be going into a ek9 using has-sport conversion kit with dc5 gear linkage.

When we left Crail mid-way through the afternoon on Sunday, the Yellow EP3 Turbo had run a best time of 14.6... unsure of whether he bettered this later on.

Cheers,

Is ment to be running 10psi on a gt37. No sure about the rest of the spec but can't see how it could make that power on that turbo at that psi.

Put a clutch in the ep3 the other day so took a few pictures of the exhaust. Fuel system is nearly done now, new injectors are installed and the manifold will be started next week.

I need a B18 sump but with a big chunk cut out of the passenger side to clear the clio subframe, preferably with a bit of extra capacity on the front and back to make up for it.
