very nice work mate , this car and engine is one of the best out there and i personally think that this is the only zetec engine that will get close to the 1000bhp mark , i also an really looking forward to seeing some videos of this car in action

Szabyk could you tell us about your charge cooler? how is it made? is it just a core inside of tank, or you have a separate reservoir and water pump?

I've been here a long time ago....
5 months was a problem in the electrical system...many problems of resonance..
i buy from Martin Hadland one Pectel T6 and changed the MoTec...
now running the engine fine....i mapping the car and re-issue the driveline... slipping...something....and 500Hp completely capitulated
the engine looks good to me..push 1 bar 500+bhp....only 7800rpm (rev limit 9000)

500bhp @ 1 bar is the best I have ever seen!
I think this engine build is certainly in unknown territory for us uk lot so PLEASE keep us updated with the progress of the mapping, also with the introduction of more boost.
I think a lot of people will be pm'ing you for some secrets

first test & tune...with 0.7bar boost and 8K revlimit (cca 350-400hp)
no burnout,no launch....first and second gear no traction..........

here the FIRST and SECOND run (Saturday 12sec runs)...First run in my life with RWD drag...all runs no burnouts and launch....30-40% throttle...
2.5-2,7 60feet and NO POWER 6K max rev
and sunday this cak easy run 10.8 wit 1.960feet.....
