You need to think hard about whether you could afford a saph. I don't know your financial situation, but I know cosworths are VERY expensive cars to live with...And I'm not just talking buying it. I could afford to buy one, I couldn't afford to repair it should anything major go wrong!

Thanks for all the comments chaps... well ive been speaking to Shawspeed, Caterham and OC motorsports.. and they all do there specific cam profiles but all see 225+bhp and 170lbfts as achievable...
Cheers Sam..yeh i know what you mean, im fairly capable with tools so id have a go at fixing anything myself.. but like you say, just the parts themselves aint cheap..i dunno, im going to have a serious walk around and chat with some sapph owners at Ford Fair..

New seats fitted last night, out of a Rover, with mk5 subframes welded on... shit pics but ill get some better ones tonight..
they are absolutley mint, the leather on them is great, and they have absolutley no rips or tears or even marks.. they are awesome, and soo comfy..
AND A CHEEKY TUNNEL RUN through Dartford, not a blast, but just some pops and bangs in the tunnel..

Wow that's an old thread!!! Haha. It's not too hard to be honest, just a customer engine mount on he osf. Then create an equal length driveshaft bearing mount. The rest is pretty straight forward.
