Has anyone had any experience with HHO generators fitted or any projects were you've built one to put on a car.

I have an Escort Encore 1.6 16v, I'll be putting it on, I've built one genny as a trial and have problems to sort, but initially it seems to producing good gas.

I have made one already go Kabang as the non return valve I fitted was faulty.

Now I have 2 bubble traps, which has stopped any back fire.

I would like to know how much is needed to be produced and where to insert the HHO tube into the intake.

I have a MAF control to lean the mixture and a circuit which I am told for the Lamba sensors.
