I really wish these were 17s Roy, they look abit small still imo side on, even when the tyres will be on them....
Still a HUGE improvement over the standards though..........

I was under the assumption that the 16 & 17" wheels were basically the same centre sections and bigger outer sections for the 17" like they did with comps.
I'm sure this was the way they used to run the BBS on the touring car wheels when they were swapping and changing with the 16/17" sizes

You can get different size centres for the 17" - ones used with a '16' centre (eg BBS 198) and one with a 'true 17' centre (eg BBS 212). The '16' has an extra step in the lip to make it a 17" (and the appearance of a deeper dish, but 'looks' smaller than a 'true 17'.
um.. hope that makes sense!

That's my next job Roy now i've had the rear raised and i have more clearance, some WIDER tyres so it doesn't look stretched also..........
You can now see the difference on the rear how nicely it sits...there's a good inch and half of clearance now....

That just looks so right mate
Wouldn't lowered it too much but a centimeter or two should be perfect.
Love it!

Will have them eventually but think it's going to be somewhere next year.
250 is a bargain for the side mouldings.
i paid about 400 for my frst mouldings...
