the gaps are the same before and after mark just that the panel has lifted slightly that is all that i can see i will get pics of the tool used mark as i hope to do the other later and will post it all up to show how it is done

Did you push the panel out enough for it to spring back to where you wanted it then weld in filler panels in?
Or push it out then weld filler panels in ?

Big thanks to mk motorsport mark for his gifted work the cradle fitted like a glove has to be the best fabricated parts i fitted for being 100% in line,some of my gussets fitted hope to get the welding finished tomorrow,
