cheers andy how you geting on with the big arches ,only one thing that stoping me keeping this one i can't put the plate i want on it
undesided yet you could get on the focus rs stand at shows with this one ,technicaly it's still a rs lol,matt black would look great 2

rite managed to get through to see beefy an karl, to get me sill this afternoon when i got me jobs done ,i had bita of a chat with them as they good lads 
,soon as i got
home i unpicked the outa sill ,as i didnt want join going straight through the both.
been doing it since 6oclock so happy with how things are .all tacked in, makeing sure
it all lines up, witch it do'z happy days ,will finish welding t mro
as it has 3 skins the middle one i welded
then plated over for extra strenght
intercooler mounts i did few days ago now
still to finish yet
the end is in site now

sill looking good andy your intercooler mounts look quite far back i was going to set mine further forward so the intercooler sits right under the slam panel, is there a reason for yours bieng so far forward or is it just personal preference?

they are sat as they would in a saph cossie so the pipe work from engine
to intercooler be the same if you get me,be able use standerd pipe work well for a rs 500 intercooler . under side of the slam pannel will need moding

only joking spoke to paul today the cossie breaker he coming through wensday
hopefully to buy plasma cutter an bringing a 2wd steering coupling.
i bought one off lad on here payed a month ago but guess he just wanted
to keep me money ,it was only 30quid but as im doing this to sell
it all eats in to profit

well got bit more welding done today the sill is finished, inside an out ,
just the filler work to do floor is fillerd over took a while,also now
it back on spit i got the passenger side seat mount finished,the one on tunnel
side needs a locater for the pin on seat

rite any one know if i bolted this in rite(brake an clutch pedals) problem is i
dont have servo to hand ,an want to get the last bit fab done ,focus column to
the sierra rack ,the bulkhead needs cuting were the column go'z throw to move it over a bit
anyone help me out ? cheers hope it makes sence
