That's Alan's car I'm mates with him on face book the only down side to his car it's only a 1.8 standerd motor no big mods just the kit and a cage but saying that its still a very nice looking car and he had done a very nice job to it I do keep telling him to bin the lights and put some nice ones in there

We I'v had a bit of bad news with the focos we went to a car meet a week Tuesday back in the focos . Well as I was dropping Dave off home the motor was on tickover and the oil light flashed which was not good anyway I got the car home and I could not look at it till the Friday night as I was working away :-( so the oil was swoped out for new oil but sorry to say the light still flickerd so there was only one thing for it get the motor out thanks to Rex and Dave for coming round we got it all out and on the floor in no . On the sat day we got the motor on the stand and pulled the sump off well to my horrer as I put the sump on the floor I herd a bolt in side the sump it was one of the two that hold the oil pump to the block I checked the last bolt which was about 3 turns undun and I could move the oil pump by hand so off with all the caps and thank god only the Big ends shells were starting to show sines of getting hot but they had not picked up so a quick call to matt Lewis and the part were sorted matt even went back to his shop to see if he had the shells but saddly he was out of stock but on the good side he had them for Monday which my good mate Rex went an got them for me . So yesterday I put the motor back togever and a long the way I needed to sort a oil leak that it had got which turnd out to be the spring coming off the rear of the seal on the auxsilory shaft which is all good with a new one . Well the good news is that the motor is now sitting back inside the focus thanks to daves help yesterday . I'v do some up grades along the way it's now got a oil switch that comes on at 20psi not 10psi like the standerd ford ones as your motor has got problems when it hits 10psi I'v all so put a stack oil pressher gauge so I can see Wots going on I'v all so put a vibro tecknicks gear box mount on as its got engine mounts but not the gear box which with having a padel clutch was making the gear box jump a bit I'v all so put a new oil seal on the gear box as that was showing sines of leaking but to be onist I got the gear box for Ł50 and we just stuck it on and it works so I cannot complain about a bit of oil . All being well the car should be up and running again today the only uver thing to go rong is the ECU it's gone sick it seams to a power falt in it as the motor started to cut out for just a split second its like some thing turns off and back on I'v put the ECU on my 3dr and the problem moved to the 3dr so it's iver the L6 ECU or the driver bord as both my cars are running wasted spark setups . I will try and get some photos up today

Hi lads not been on her much as of late the work on the car is still going on and I love this car to bits it's now had two MOT,s and done just over 2000 miles on the road but not without it's problems first off I had water getting In the oil witch we could not figer out new head gasget and still the same problem so off it all come again to find number 3 bore was cracked .

And sins ford fair I'm sorry to say the car has been back to bits again as the gear box witch is the ford mt75 4x4 smashed it's 3dr gear lol it was only time befor it went Bang lol .
So for now I'v put a spare in the car but I am working on doing a skyline gear box mod witch I will be doing over the winter
