It's Andy / Dingla that painting it for me graham it was part of the Big plan Dingla,s car is in Birmingham with Dave and daves car is at sheps place of work keeping it nice and dry and my car went up to Dingla,s place in North Yorkshire to have the painting do as we are like a big family we all help each uver out as much as we can

 

I now about the car swopping

 

Been on with this again to day for Ian .first thing was fit
A seat lol , just wings to rework an tail gate now rest either
Primed or flatted ready for paint

 

 

 

 

 

Will be a bit till I can paint shell hopefully it be moving
Down road to my make shift spray booth

 

You'd never know we (Ian) dropped a big ass motorbike ok that would ya?

Do you not use white primer for pink ?

 

Good time to drill out a second hole in the bumper where the offside foglight is. Can add dual reverse then.

 

Will be wet on wet Richie , red ground coat for barbie pink

 

Lol it's not going pink

 

Small up date on this filled all the pin holes in bumper
As there was loads being fiberglass wings needed some work aswell
Tailgate was also rusty an covered in fiberglass

 

 

 

 

That's it all in primer were needed , going give Ian
My door an quater trims as his are fooked an
Will take to long to prep an paint , should start some
Painting over the weekend all being well

Its all about the prep andy

 

Primer was put on with a gti so should not take long
To flat down

 

Don't panic about the trims I have two focus sat in unit an panels
So il use plastics of them , as mine smooth Rs ones
Ur not having them lol

 

Really coming together now!!

prep work looks spot on as well
