the first wheels were off my saph cosworth, there was no way i was leaving 1k wheels on a 200 quid car

got myself a back bumper today
but it was the wrong colour so i had to paint it

yellow bumper



and painted




removed my old bumper, was very tidy behind



and new bumper fitted






just need another back box now

16 inch cossie style rims
i then preped and painted them graphite grey

bought some mk3 mondeo calipers the other day





i then stripped them down,primed and painted them black





bought some mintex discs for a st170 focus



check out the size differance



and fitted

depends on what car your fitting them too
on mine its a case of taking a couple of mm off the caliper carrier
on a mk4 escort you have to make a spacer of about 15-16 mm for the caliper
the discs have gone from 240mm to 300 mm

looks like a gti now with them rims on, always like the updates on this and fair play for making the transformation into what it is now.

with the HUGE brakes now on does this mean theres an engine transplant of some kind coming up??

130 bhp 1800 zetec
150 bhp rs2000
or the wildcard
2.1 zetec turbo

a mate of mine has the zetec turbo engine in parts form so just needs assembling
it consists of low comp pistons
lightend,balanced,knife edged crank
lightweight flywheel
ported/polished head(converted to run cossie plugs)
rover inlet (modified)
gotech management
told its a 250+ bhp engine
