Let me know how you get on fitting the gearbox plus fitting the mount! plus there is grp-4 top mount plates and sheet metal to sort out
Then once that lot sorted out, we can go from there mate'' ok

you be looking at 1.8 anything between 1.5 -2.0 size about 1500 x 500

waded through the snow and braved the garage for a bit today lol got a bit carried away with the hole cutter on the front panel but i think it looks different
also tried an 8" on the rear still undecided weather to go 8s or 9s on the rear both look ok

front panel look very good and go for 9s on the back they fill the arches better

whats sort of set up is the rear end??? ive never seen one like that before....is that just becasue of the axle used???? love the le manns green....proper sleeper

cheers mate its a full drag ladder bar set up with inboard coilovers built for the strip with a 9" mustang axle and locker diff

started stripping it out ready to attack it with the grinder some nice fabrication with some nice touches by adrenaline.

cheers karl (captain500rs) for giving me a hand tonight to mount the gearbox
we had to trim back wxcm,cut gearlever appeture back 1" 1/2 both skins lol
may need a mod for clutch arm all be it only slight may have inspection hatch of some sort so its easier to change clutch cables,will post some pics tommorra

got a bit more done all stripped out ready for some fab in engine bay corner gussets
chassis gussets,strengthened chassis with gp4 tube kit,compression struts,seam welding
and some strengthening to front panel all to be done by melspec1

i dont think that gear shift set up is for a T5 box i think its for a tremx box . i might be rong

well spotted mate the pro 5.0 quickshift is for a tremec the rest of the shifter will just bolt to mine just bolted it on to give an idea what it will look like

painfully slow this body prep lark inbetween managed to get the seat 3 1/2 inches further back makes it a little easier to get in and out going to get a quick realease
steering boss so should be ok
got some group 4 chassis tubes for the wcxm and some aeroquip bulkhead fittings for the fuel lines,just waiting of my lifeline fire system so can get that mocked up aswell

not done much lately but the cage has always been a problem for me so done a few mods hopefully should give me the extra bit room.
fingers crossed the fab will be getting started this weekend so can crack on and get it looking like a car again

picked up a few more goodies for the car
rad/intercooler and fans
and some bilstein 2 1/4 coilovers with 300lb springs and eccentric top mounts cheers melspec1

also removed the top part of tunnel to allow more room for the prop/handbrake cables etc
