hopefully in the new year i will get her out for a run but need to do a lot more work
have a diesel box but i cant fit the lsd to the ring gear cos the gear is of the 6 bolt
type and i have the 8 bolt lsd 1st headace so its a new mainshaft and ring gear from ford £££ then i have to get the shaft ground so i can fit a sleeved type bearing
as this is one of the boxes weak links its all good fun
one thing i have learnt is to do everything properly from the start even if its going to take more time because you have got the satisfaction of knowing it is going to last!
old fords never die
