small update, few pics of more painted bits goin back on. got this week off work to get the car as finnished as i can. wanted to get it running this week but due to the fact that you cant buy escort cosworth fuel sender unit with in tank pump seperate from the tank at cossie berakers im goin to have to wait till one pops up

went with tony to move the car to its new home, first time ive seen it since the paint work sbeen finished and its very impressive i must say, pics dont do it justice but here you go anyway











should be some more up dates from tony in the coming weeks, got lots of little jobs to help him with

looks nice,the offset on the rear does'nt seem to be like a rear escos,are sierra rear beems diff to escos?
looks like it has no engine in the way it sits lol,you done a great job so far

offset is spot on mate, all beams are the same. the front is sittin abit high but it is sierra springs. coilovers will sort any hight issues out im sure. it would settle down if i drove it but not at that point yet

hi folks, havent been on here for abit. The car is comin along nice if abit slow, lost hart with it for a few mounths but now ive got the fire back to get it finnished, ill get some new pics up in the week

few pics of the car, ive treated it to avo coilovers an she sittin spot on now. i was goin wrc front bumper an rear spoiler but to dam expensive. got the front bumper off wenny for bargain price just needs a coat of paint. not shaw about the rear lights thow, standerd or clear! wot you lot think?

thats agreat job you ve done m8 you got the skills the space and the determination. just have a question for you wouldnt be easier to find a shell or a write off to repair?why the floorpan change? in the uk you can get hold of used shells . my dream is an escort cowsworth too for the moment i have a 2wd cossie

thanks mate, yea was nice to drive it instead of workin on it just cant waite to get it on the road now. insured it yesterday on a multicar policy with my mondeo for 600 for both cars fully comp. tax an test next then thrash lol

looks ace build,those to4e .50 trim turbos like you have are only good for 400bhp at 2 bar aint they?so ive searched anyway! what did you do to make the wastegate adaptor on the mani? arc weld a mild steel 50mm pipe to standard cast mani?

thanks mate, it will do 400 at 2 bar so it said on box, the question is for how long lol the turbo is a stand in till ive got the cash for gt 35 or sumthin like that. its a stainless 50mm pipe tiged to the cast mani. if you mig it, it will in the end fall off mate
