you may remember my Cossie van from a few years back but it's now getting a bit of a re-vamp.....

18" Focus RS wheels, toyo T888's, 380mm discs, Evo calipers, side exit exhaust, CAIS and another few bits....

 

Looks awsome!!! You should make a thread up for the work you've done until now as this is very interesting and I'm sure others would like to see it too. Keep up the good work mate.

is this the cathburne customs one that was featured in one of the mags,didnt it used to have rs7s on it,cant wait to see how its going to look with the new work,looked lovely before when it was in the mag

Yes that's the one. Been off the road for the while but it's nearly done now...

BD 14's, verniers, head work, pocketed pistons, wire rung 205 block, t34, grey's, alloy oil breather, 500 intercooler, custom CAIS, Tremec gearbox, 2.2bar of boost, Swedish plenum(coming this week), GAZ coilovers, evo calipers, 380mm discs, 3" stainless system (side exit) S1 RS Turbo kit, custom front bumper, 3 x S2 Recaros.

Cool looking van , sure i seen it up at crail a few years ago.

 

Thats actually why the van originally came off the road cos they wanted to change the look of the front end!!!

Its all painted and a few other things done but no work in the last few months. I'll try to get Cubby to up date with pictures.

Those wheels look like such a bodge! Is that really 2 nuts holding on adaptors, and 2 holding wheel on!?!?

 

Zetec-sam.... it's called work in progress. The hubs are cnc machined as are the bells for the discs. We had it tacked together at this point to make a template for the caliper mounting brackets and confirm caliper to wheel clearance.

So if you mind retracting that previous statement it's anything but a bodge!

 

Are you blind? Its in the resto and project room not finished! Its being wheeled around the unit on rollers and you're asking why theres only two nuts on each wheel.

You could also have asked why there were only a few bolts holding things together rather than slagging it of straight away.
