Went up to Birkenhead today...

Came home with an RS bonnet with the ford badge smoothed off, just needs re-spraying now.

Me and a mate in front, girlfriend in the back hunched over, magazine in hand, bonnet over her head = sorted! lol

Thanks a lot to 'Daveysaff' - Top fella

Greg

Nice to meet you fella, car looks ace

I reckon some S2 wheels and a nice piper cvhbp285 would finish it off a treat

spent a good few hours cleaning the 'beast' today, meaning two mates did it while I chilled out in the sun with a can of carlsberg

Got a few good shots near the beach on my mates camera which I'll get up on here soon.

I then decided to start waxoyling the car but didn't realise how long it would take and how nackering the sun is so I did one rear arch and stopped

Looks like I'll be spendin a good day from morning until night on that...

Few pics today:

cheers mate.

Mine was running a bit rough but now I've tightened the rocker arms, oil change with oil filter, fuel filter and these HT's, it's running a lot better!

The HT's cured the hesitation at low revs for me, just give your car a good all round service, including sparkys if needed. check your breathers also.

Guarantee you'll feel a hell of a difference.

Ive got a few little holes in my downpipe which is affecting mine a bit at the moment so you could check for that too?

I got them off ebay, gave the guy a cheeky offer but he accepted strangely...

Greg

Decided instead of doing a complete RS rep ....

I'm going to play with red with black detailing as I love the spoiler being black..

When the bonnet gets sprayed I'm getting the vents done black to go with the spoiler.

Any suggestions?

Dark grey, black wheels or silver?
colour code handles red or leave black?
Leave strips on or take off?
Mirrors red or black?

Did a quick photoshop as I downloaded it today and have never used it before, this was a first attempt at the wheels and mirrors using a guide on here, so if the quality looks crap, you know why

Everyones got their own ideas and opinions i know

I'm leaving the '3i stickers on and not colour coding the spoiler. The black bit round the back window shows its a '3i too.

So basically some people will think 'yeh mate, turrrbo' but people that know what they're on about will easily notice that it's a 3i which is what I want as I don't want an rs rep but love the kit off them

You got any ideas for wheels?
