i get to bored lol just loaded the rest of the trim into the transit cossie to take to work tomoz my new/second hand brakes came today 345mm 4 pot ap's




just need it back so i can build it up

No messing aroung here.

Out of interest, how did grind the spot welds in the roof out ? All fairly easy to get to from the underside with the headlining off ?

i cut up where the welds start and got rid of the old roof and ground carefully to the main frame and the doner roof i drilled them out and still wouldnt come off so i cut the frame off beyond the welds put it on carpet upside down and cut that off bit by bit so not to damage the skin then migged it on and ground the weld with a 4 1/2" grinder with a flap disc on it

well its done got car back from robbos at 5.30 pm very busy at work so didnt get on it till abt 7.30 finished at 12.00 am this morning went home for a power kip and back on it at 8am this morning and now got the pics now for you all



pick up

















flocked roof lining and side panels as they where the usual saggy state and wanted summat different and also an electric sunroof






well me going home now

the bottom number plate is temp for the journey to santa pod 1 more strike for my plate and i loose it
