think the debadged is deffo the way to go ,
lol mentioned it to k and he said " u know how much of an arse on that is ! "
then propmtly proceded to bust out the vibra cutter with a cheeky smile ,
looking for someone to wrap some parts for me in gen cf ,
gavs getting on to a lad , but anyone know anyone else up to it
ideally someone who does it as a hobby ect ?

popped over to see k eairler , did a bit more sanding on the kit , mainly the insides to clean up,
spesh has finished the brace for the valance and bonded in the filler plates on the grille
had a txt from escosgaz , they made a start on the shell today , going to fire me some pics over,
will upload them when i get them

I've just read through your entire thread and wat fantastic work you and k have done fair play to you for not giving up after the first dudd shell and I deffo think the yb route was the better route to go rather than the v8 that you was thinking about the car looks amazing and it looks better than factory i really can't wait to see this in paint will look amazing keep up the great work

Cracking idea with the brace. Remember working on a R33 Skyline GTR bumper once, found a piece of bloody wood in place acting as a brace to stop the flex from a previous damage

first set of pics from gaz, from mondays work
gaz is just working his way thru the prep , spent all day tuesday on the bonnet lol
may have some more pics this eve ,
but iirc the doors and shell should be in the booth and primerd up friday ,( hes off thurs )
and ideally me and k should be primering the kit thurs eve or fri eve , plan being to take all the kit and paint to gaz over the weekend ,
really cant thank gaz enough , any worries or concerns ive had have not been an issue , even the trivial things lol ,
blokes a proper diamond
and k's not to shabby either lol

all in hand matey , just needs to get a bit of time to practice with it ,
ok tonights update ,
kits almost there now , all ready for primer barring 1 arch k's got to repair ,
rest of its now sat in my garage ready to primer tomorrow
pics ,
bumpers ect were already prepped for primer , and ill have to get the out the gargae lol ( other garage )
and now for the best thing ive seen all week lol
my new grille

and after spesh has worked his magic !!!!!!!
its fucking beautiful !!! , proper proper over the moon with it , the bars are arrow straight , u absolutely wouldnt know it was modified if you handnt seen the original
and as you can see in the pics , k has even removed the mouldings in the top bars and cut out all the sections so its a full 5 bar , full airflow to the cooler ,
have to say a big big thanks to k for this as he put a cpl of late evening is to fit it around current work ,
will deffo proper set the car off imo and the doubters can keep there 3 bar jobbies !!!
