hey does ne 1 now what head gasket 2 use on a rst ?would a standard ford be as good ?

i have a rs turbo rebuilding tjhe engine does ne1 now what kind of head gasket would hold good boost ?

standard ford mate.. been proven upto 300 bhp...

I used a standard ford one on my RS turbo and mine was around 180bhp and it was fine
