Well last weekend I put the box back in not to bad a job Bit of a pain on your own trying not to mark it. Very happy with it I stuck a new clutch in at the same time and new rear crankshaft seal. Since that Ive started on some bits up front Ive sent the front cross member of to be blasted and powder coated and pick up some more small goodies.

Heres a bit of an update Ive fitted all the front back together and had the bonnit and rear bumper painted as some small stone chips where bugging me. Also Ive painted the rocker cover ultra marine blue and got my oly man to fly skip the top and changed my headlights back to standard ones.

Not been on here for abit so heres some pics of the last cople of months Ive changed the cambelt a water pump fitted all new cam sealy and had my pullys zinc plated.
Thought I would fit the intercooler and rad back in thanks to Dave for the cooler. What a tight fit these rs500 style coolers are made up some extra brackets to stop it being wobbly. And extened the left hand rad hose as it was so close to the alternator. Then filled up with water and started after 4 months All seems good new cambelt new seals water pump etc

Your car is really really cock on. Its so nice when the underside is as mint as the paint on top. Some of the twats by me look at me as if i am prick when i wash inside my arches and jack it up to wash the floor pans.

Great to see another update on this car - I love it! I can't see anything at all that I think "that needs changed/improved". The car is perfect.
I like the neat touches with the boost gauge and the protective plate close to the sill for jacks.

Looks absolutely awesome! Where can you buy this vacuum bubble that you have around your car? Are those plug leads genuine Ford ones? I'm looking for a set of black leads myself.

Bit of a small update
As Ive got some days of over christmas I thought I would take it out the carcoon and fit some bits Ive been gathering over the last couple of weeks. First up was to fit a front lower splitter to the bumper then fit front and side amber indicators looks so much better. Also fitted some new ford mud flaps to the front and changed my hoses from blue to black still got 2 hoses to get.
