well the car cam ehome but is going back to the bodyshop tuesday
i carnt get rid of the over spray in the bay
i rubbed through to primer on the boot shut
the bonnet hit the slam panel on transport and chipped the paint, and same with the passenger door so looks like the roof wil have to be painted again,and they can fix the dents they missed

well car is back, still fukt, so will give it a full detail when its all built
today i dug some boxes out to make a start, so fitted aerail steering bush, half the wiring loom, abs ecu, realised i dont have any sound deadening for the top bulkhead so its not getting any now either

got 80% of the loom sorted, just got to tidy it up a bit once i get the rest im missing and cut the engine loom out
got fusebox in, heater matrix, just fits but had to mod it slightly due to new tunnel, heater motor, rear tailgate struts, lights, all boot lock mechanism in aswell and wiper motor and fitted the rear spoiler only to realise i have to take it off again for the rear window lol also boled down the front wings

also mopped my door shut as it was white from over spray and still have to do the other one, and i have to paint the inside of the doors as they completly missed them

yes and no, ill have the sierra cossied soon, so if i get to a point i need an engine ill break the sierra and use its engine but give it a full rebuild to go full power that the escort deserves, but at the minute im going to sort the rear beam out first and interior, then ill sort the engine out

done a little bit more today, getting a rice tomorrow for rear screen and and front screen plus fitting aswell
only put vents and built the lights up today as i had other things to sort
headlights all built up with air ducts
replaced the broken plastic underneath with an alloy plate
fitted with sidelight
vents in
and 2 random ones
i may even get the front bumper built up and fitted to see what its gona look like, shame i have no grill lol

not much of an update, thought id fit the bumper give me a rough idea on how its gona look, well what i found is the bumper is scratched in 3 places so needs painting again, but fitted it anyhow lol also fitted the grills and indicators, and finally after 3 days worked out how to get the fuel cap ring to clip in
going to ford tomorrow to order a new bonnet latch, stay, grommita nd clip, also some clips for wiring etc,, may even order the roof lining cloth and get the old engine loom cut out aswell

ta mate, the paint works shit, if i get my windows in next week ill get the spoliers and rear bumper on and sideskirts and give the whole car a mop see if can get it up, if not ill have it painted when its built, i should of painted it myself it would of been built by now

done a little more today, went to ford to get some bits, carnt get the bonnet latches anymore 
so just painted my one, started off on a bad day, was fitting the bonnet stay catch and the wood holding the bottom up slipped and icouldnt catch the bonnet in time so chipped on the headlights so i just carried on and thought it can be painted when i get some other bits done
so today was sort the loom out better
new bulkhead clips
sideskirt and stone huard clips fitted, just got get some more to finish the other side
new bonnet stay
and catch
engine bay loom all tapped back up, engine management loom comes away now so i connect the after market loom up
new bumper jets fitted, they wont work as im not using them but carnt find any blanks to fill holes
seat looms all clipped in
tailgate loom with new clips, gota get a few more clips though
and got the sunroof panel ready to be trimmed tomorrow hopefully if my material turns up

retrimmed the sunroof panel, and got the sunroof in, rear seatbelts fitted and brackets, sunroof motor in, wiper motor, vin tags and some wax oiling on the sills ready for sideskrits to be fitted
and while fitting the sunroof i managed to split the top of my eye open as i fell into the door as i was getting i and hit it on the piece of metal in the door shut that holds the weather seal on
