Also have to make a new tank for the brake fluid because of the mis inlet. And change the angle on the outlet for the cooler





Some goodies. Also going to run a presicion turbo, PT6266



Started the work on the loom.

Oilfilling cap is overrated



Primer and paint. Nice to get that finished!!!

The fun stuff begins. Putting new and shiny parts back on to the car.



But now i cant put anything back that isnt mint, so everything has to be painted and galvanized.

Today ive been cleaning all the powdercoated parts and polished the inlet inside and put it together.





Im going to run with high boost, so i dont trust the alu threads. So i put time sert inserts in all the threads, same as i did for the rocker cover.

Breather for the drysump tank. Since this will be hidden behind the plastic innerwing, i used the AN connectors i had with colours on. Also had some braided hoses i could use. Other places its only black.


Wondered what to do with the rockercover. Think highgloss polished will be a little too bling, so im trying to make a brushed surface. A lot of sanding, but hopefully i will get the look im after.

WRC grpa bladed roll bar from MK Motorsport. Shotblasted the parts before galvanizing and powdercoat.
