Have promised to post a few pics of my escort 1600 zetec undergoing its transformation, but have been so busy during the week that i thought i would wait for the weekend but unfortunatly the good old english weather stopped me in my tracks! I have however got one pic for you and it will have to do till tommorow when i can take more....depending on the weather. I have started off with the asthetics side of things...angel eyes, custom escort front bumper with fog's, 17" boss alloys off a focus (to give is that rs look), GTI side skirts and the interior has been done up to the max too, but pics of that will follow tommorow hopefully. Next up...new lower controle arms along with full lowering kit all round and strut braces and as for the engine, i am now in the process of buying an 1800 zetec (130 bhp) engine.....along with a good airfilter (K&N) and a decat straight through from manifold i am expecting atleast 145bhp out of it..... and then maybe a turbo....i'll see how it goes. My only wish is that it was a 3door for a more sportier look, but have been told it is one of the most tidiest looking 5 door's. Hope you like it, cheers

 

you've not a hope of 130 bhp on the 115 management never mind 145

 

thats why im going to change the management too...that what i ment by the whole engine!

 

you'll be meaning the full wiring loom as well then as a 130 ecu won't work on a mk6 loom unless you get a CULT one and do some wiring mods...
