well nothing to much, the lacquer did not take well to the wheel so they have been fully refurbed now, look well, the centres are a close match to body colour, blokes done a top job, id recommend him definately
also fitted is a cambelt, but the turbo is missing,
turns out the turbo i fitted was no good, being a GT core with a std cos exh housing the gap between blades and housing was too great so no boost, now removed and i have bought 3 T34's,
first one i got of JC which i thought was cheap at Ł200 and turned out to be tossed, so got one of Paul linfoot and one of a friend so incase i have any problems i can throw another one on straight away, so i decided now with not having a GT core'd turbo im going to put ALS on it, so this weekend i am going to remove the throttle body and modify it ready for ALS,
starting to bug me now, not drove the car hard in nearly 6 months

Right then, i can definately confirm it is not a ported head, niether is it the original head as that one is here. My mate Dave Moore owned it before Dunc and before Dave it was owned by a lad that worked for Garrett. The lad that worked for Garrett bought it from another mate who also worked there and lived in skem called Paul Jones. It was Paul who fitted the later interior and 500 splitter etc. Dave rebuilt the engine as i had a bit of a hand in that too. Oh and by the way nice to see the old girl getting a bit of TLC.

Cheers for that ian, nice to hear a bit of info on the old girl, yes its being treated like a queen, spec has changed a fair bit since i bought it from dunc in august last year, whilst browsing my history folder tonight i did notice receipts from a company in skem, also a receipt for sale of the car for Ł7000 back in 1998
ian, could you give me any more info on the engine build? comp ratio, 4x4 pistons? etc
cheers

thank you, yes it was at msd a bit back.
with regards to the evos i did like them, but they were 7J wide and offset not bang on, these wheels now fill arches correctly, can run bigger tyres for more grip too, the es cos is the pretty car, this is the hooligan car
