Oh aye, only had it for about 7 months now, so getting everything sorted sorted asap which I almost have now. Throw it at a mag then sell on for an EsCos.....maybe, depends if I can part with it!

I can see you have very great taste in you cars!
Feel bad for the black one but time to move onto bigger and better things is what i feel.

More pics coming, just need to get time to sort everything out. Got some nice fresh snow on the mountains too, may have to go out to take some nice pics again while you wait to see some new toys

Had a spare few hours on my hands earlier before getting to work again, so decided to tidy up the pod a bit.
Wasn't really happy with the overall standard of the mould, but that was o.k. because it wasn't meant to be spot on. But since show season and track days are looming, thought I'd give it a bit of a once over.
Most of these pods are made using the actual headlamp unit, but since I just made a whole mould using the clear lense, I bought some aluminium and shaped it over the edges to make it all look flush and give the impression as if there is some kind of unit attached to the duct.
Just gave it a rub down before it all get's painted in gloss black, and the brackets are only in place for measurement purposes, something nicer going there
Loads more updates, but only had time to take these pics

Painted, laquered and buffed it (hence the white marks you might see in sections).
Pics don't really do it justice, but I don't have time to take nice pics of it fitted on the car.

Did you get the clock surround pod thing off a chap on ebay by anychance? I got one a while ago and it wasn't so great - the ID of the hole was too small so the gauge didn't slide in easily, soon as i pushed a little it all fell to bits

Only have a 52mm oil gauge, fits in a treat. Will be fine for the boost gauge. You must have bought a dud mate
