my abs light is on in the dash i have cheked the fluid and the wires but cant find the fault , any ideas jim

the heat had melted wires but they were fixed even then the abs light didnt burn i just had a rock solied brake peddal and blowen fuses .. cheked all wires and plugs and raped them in heat wrap all was fine and now the abs light is on but breaks are working ok on less there is a problem at some of the sensors out at the wheels..

yeah got the knocking sorted out ! was just a slightly loose bolt !
weird though as i never touched any of it !
ummm hoping to get the bits painted asap really but it might be next saturday yet ! see how it goes

right for all you moaning gits 
friday night painted the grill spats and under side of bonnet
and today gave the spats and grill one more coat and did the top of the bonnet !
top of the bonnet still needs a bit of work as there was so much paint going in the air setting and falling into the fresh paint
but it wil do till the slightly better weather comes then ill drive to a mates paint shop and it will be flatted and given a nice smooth top layer !!
