Nice one mate

BTW do you need a ISCV for that manifold? You can have mine if you do, would be easier to fit it with the engine out....

Realy nice car mate i love a good onion, i do think that you should paint the rear panel that the no plate screws onto, the same colour as your wheels tho that will look alot better and you have put so much care and detail into the car it would be a crime to not put nice new no plates on it that nasty old plate is ruining the rear end lol but keep up the good work.

Tonight just been getting the floor pan ready, final coat of paint etc. . . aiming to fit the fuel lines, brake lines and the fuel tank tommorrow night  Its looking nice and fresh on the underside  Sorry no pics of tonights progress for now 8)

Some more pics of yesterdays progress. . .
My mates saved the day yesterday. . . the flywheel got skimmed a while back and he noticed the flywheel was missing its dowls, a quick phone call to another mate ( XR2-Mart ) got me out of the s**t on a bank holiday

Mate again was on the ball, noticing the clutch arm was missing the pin which secures the release bearing. . . A few mins later the replacement was taken from a spare gearbox I had lying round. . .

So after abit of messing about with that we bolted the paddle clutch up and offered the box up to the block, bolted it together and hoisted it up towards the bay. . . Finally the big day 8)

Dropped in nicley on modded engine mount bracket and new FORD engine mount ŁŁ Ł63 quid

Box supported with Vibra-tech mounts 8) Hopefully this hydraulic clutch should set up easy enough Fingers crossed

New CV boots fitted and driveshafts sprayed quickly in satin balck to tidy them up

I bought the conversion as a bolt on kit from a guy on Orion Register ( Freakpower ) along with many other parts Its all DIY parts but once set up should be perfect

Started building fuel tank up tonight, didnt really have much time to work on it tonight but got abit done. . . It all helps

Finished work at 100am this morning. . . quick kip and back up at 510am quick shower and out for just after 530am up north to Freakpower's 8)
Arrived just after 700am and handed some sach over for this

Wasnt gonna have it as was told a 3 inch system was needed but mapper's decided it'll do for this year til we upgrade the turbo over winter then will upgrade to a 3 inch system then. . .
FP's 2.5 inch system will mount up to the Focus RS Miltek downpipe nicely
Just makes things abit easier as times running out for the Ford Fair deadline 8)
Ideally wanna get some running in miles done on it before Ford Fair to make sure everythings 100%

Pov did the near 200 mile round trip this morning with ease. . . bl**dy noisey though lol. . .
