Yep stage 3, like alan said i still have all the bits from the saph ian so ill chuck the greens in and watch the clutch slipp when it comes on boost , ive gone for a 4 paddle rst clutch kit so hopefully that will hold for a while !!

im intrigued, how have you mounted tht engine? does it sit in the same place as a zetec would? what shafts are you using? what flywheel have you used to get it on a rs box?

Yes i have mounted it in the same place as a cvh or zetec would go, i done this so i didnt have to modify shafts etc so if they break i can just bolt another one in, all the mods have been done pulley side of the car because of this, as for the flywheel i used a standard cossie one and had the outside of it machined down to the same diamater as the rst one so i still have the 9 bolt fixing and strengh, then machined the flywheel to take the clutch and heated the old ring gear up and dropped it on, job done

i would have gone with your original plan on bolting a side plate on the inner wing mate, looks like an engine out job now to change the timing belt

couple of pics, found some motavation today and made a sandwich adapter to mount the throttle body in the reverse position to make my life easier when mounting an intercooler, sorry about the quality of pics i only had my old phone with me, will take some better ones of the fabbed adapter !
