Once the oil leak is sorted its a case of refitting the turbo then bleeding the brakes up.
Then need to run the motor in and shake down the rest of the car as there are bound to be a few problems.
As I've said for the last 5 years the race for Ford Fair is on again lol
Will update again with pics at the end of the week as there is a big gap in the build.
Big thanks to Will Pedley Racing

Don't worry mate that was just a test to see the colour, the wheels are getting blasted this week. The centre caps will all be off as the wheels won't fit over the hubs when on.

Well after 6 years today was the day that the car hit the road for the first time,
Sorted all the brake lines, added some AP 5.1 race fluid and it was time to test the brakes
Did a few laps around the block, and fuck it is loud inside the car
As always with cars there is always a problem my new wheels wont fit over the front brakes so changing them to 300mm disks now.
After i fixed my sons scooter he said he would fix my car lol
Next is to get Will Pedley to check the fueling ready to start the running in before he puts it on the dyno

Well update time and its only bad new
On the way to the MOT about 5 mins from my house i lost the brake pedal luckily was only doing about 10mph at the time and managed to use the handbrake to stop. Then had to drive back home on the handbrake.
Once home i stripped the pedal box to find the bar on the master cylinder had snapped clean in two looked like the balance bar was worn. On closer inspection it was the master cylinder that as stuck in causing the other bar to snap.
So as the car stands at the minute all the brakes are off for a complete overhaul. Should have my new brake set-up for the fronts and all new seals from AP for the master cylinders for the weekend so will hopefully get back on track.
Also made a start on the wheels as i couldn't continue with the car.

Spanner monkey
Great news, always wanted a white Fiesta Cossie.
The wheels look brilliant in orange, i keep thinking of doing my green and green cage!
Well done to all those involved

Just under 200 miles done today, had a few little problems.
Water leak and a oil leak luckily fixed by tightening jubblie clips.
Now I'm on the hunt for all the squeaks and rattles lol
Found 2 so far one was a loose washer the other was the boot hinges needed greaseing.
