Hi to all!!! RS 1600i proyect
Hi to all.
I'm new on this site. I'm not an english speaker, so sorry for my bad english .
I want to show to all my restoration proyect, an Escort RS 1600i.
It haven't too much work, but it was stopped on a garage the las eigth years. It haven't oxide, and engine works very well.
Here you got some pics:
Interior are in very good condition. A little dirty, but nothing serious.
And i'm this ugly man:
I hope you like this pics.
As you can see, the last owner before me has done some modifications. That's my proyect: i want to get back it to the original looking.
So at this moment i found RS 1600i new decals, new clear front indicators, and a little more.
But as you can see, the rear spoiler it's from a MK4. It's not the RS 1600i rear spoiler.
I'm looking for this spoiler, but i can't find it.
So, if someone knows any shop selling this spoiler (with web page), or any user of Passionford sells one, please tell it to me, on this thread, by PM, or mailing to Seta127@gmail.com .
Thanks in advance and best regards.
PS: I'll show more pics to all if you want.

Thanks to all for your comments .
Here you got some more pics, from the day that i bought my RS.
This pics are from the day that the car go out of garage after eigth years. The before day i clean it a little, because it had a lot of dust...
The same day, taking a shower:
After clean it rightly, Johnny and i gone to stroll with the car. The last week he and i was working on the engine. Oil, battery, sparkplugs, cooling liquid...
But as i said, the car was stopped on very good conditions. So, make the car "back to life" it haven't any difficult.
That is a pic of Johnny, after first time running with the car.
I have one Escort more. It's not an RS, only a MK4 1.6 Ghia.
It's on good condition too, but needs more works than RS 1600i. Overall, it works perfectly. I'm using it everyday to go to job.
Here is some pics:
Also i'm the owner of a Fiesta TDdi '02 too. And i was the owner of a Escort MK6 1.8D... but my sister crashed it... and the car can not be repaired.
I hope you like it.
Best regards.
