Update!
Today saw some more welding done, nearly there now!
Front arches cleaned up:
(weld to be ground flat etc)
Touch more welding:
Both seat mounts back in place:
Box section at the back that had gone:
Tomorrow is a big day - Martin Hadland is booked in to fit a hydraulic clutch kit to the pedal box/bulkhead, and leave the master cylinder etc in place
Also, hopefully by the end of the day, the majority of the underside should be in stonechip

Time for this big update, as promised!!
Things were delayed as the car needed around 1/2 day welding, but Steve had a week off not too bothered
Steve was back Monday so sorted that, and the car was prepped for stonechip Tuesday, stonechipped on Wednesday, and then Magenta'd tonight
I popped in from work today, to see the car in stonechip:
Then Trev said give him a couple of hours, got a phone call later saying the last coat of lacquer is going on, come over. So I headed off, got there, let it flash off for a few mins, to find this :
Pics I thought go a way to show the nice shine and depth etc
Well chuffed with the car engine bay should be done by tues/weds next week, but there is no rush
Danny has been spot on, and has offered to keep the car there, so the car will get built up bit by bit there over the next few months...more money
Much easier with more room than my garage though

What is that white stuff you have put on the welding?

only comment i have is , if they went to all that time and effort geting the underside minty mint
why didnt they repair the front jacking points
just a pet hate i have with them lol , imo dosent take away from what they done , just think it makes it 98% instead of 100 %
