Just a small progress update ,got all the gaps filled in and the next stage is to thin the middle bar and tidy up the other cuts then strengten with fiberglass from behind


Ignore the bit of plastic to the right in the pic its going when the fiberglass is on

More soon

The idea is too save weight not add more to the car

Ok a small test fit update ,thought i would get some pics of it on ,good news is there is no rubbing so i can go ahead with the filler work ,all the back is fiberglassed up and as the middle bar was going to be thinner than before i have decieded to move the number plate over to the side ,had a mate make up a sticker one but when it was placed on the bumper it was not right due to the curve on the bumper so i got hold of an alfa plate holder and modified this to suit,love the look of it ,gives it a much harder look to the front ,especially when the splitter is done in carbon ,the plate holder will be blended in and will be red .










Also in the pics you may notice i have lost a mirror

Probably not to every ones liking ,but i like it

lovely work but im not a fan of the missing mirror sorry

i remember seeing a picture of your car on white commpomotive alloys & i think it looked lovely, what happend to that then??

1.Love the splitter
2.Don't like the No plate location.Ruins the simatry of the car.Never liked them on the ALFA'S
3.Why get rid of the mirror??????????????
